Emily is a 7th grader from Livermore, California. She likes to shop, listen to music, loves animals and nature. She's also 1 of 3 girls on the middle school wrestling team! (Bring it!)

A Natural Cellulite Buster

Did you know that Grapefruit is a natural cellulite buster? I Am Eco-Aware!

For this installment of "I Am", I'd like you to meet Fiorella Vidal from Lima, Peru. Not only is Fiorella gorgeous, but she is also ECO-AWARE!

Fiorella has a lot going on in her life. She writes us:

"My name is Fiorella. I'm an architecture student in my last year. I like art and design. I am also a modern dancer and want to become a professional one at the same time I finish my architecture career. I try to eat healthy, I do abs every morning and drink a lot of water. Before every performance my friends and I have fun combining bright and eye-catching colors to play up our eyes and lips. We like to look amazing for our audience and photographers. I’d love to try JMC Natural Wonder Powder Palette!

 

 My final project for graduation in my architecture career (I'm doing it right now) is about a music school using "green architecture". I want to demonstrate that it can be not so expensive to build, visually artistic and at the same time architecture and nature can work together to bring benefits to the users.

 

This year I want to be more conscious of my planet, so this year I am Eco-aware.

 

I want to have Argan Oil and JMC cosmetics since they are so natural and healthy and at the same time are not tested in animals (I have 2 cats). I also love JMC make up tips, they are so easy to follow and end up with a great look!"

Even though she lives in Peru, Fiorella comes to visit New York City once a year, which is where she discovered Josie Maran Cosmetics. We're shipping her sample of Argan Oil to her aunt in Queens, since we're still working on putting together our international shipping plan.

I Am Strong!

Hey Ladies! Meet Emelie Traub of Sherman Oaks, California. As you can see, she is STRONG!   

Emelie is a senior in high school and when she's not in school or studying you can find her at Kicks Martial Arts, where she is a student, Junior Instructor, on the Leadership Team and the Demo Team. (nice...) She is a Bo-Black belt, training to get her black belt. I Am Adventurous!

Good Morning Lovelies! Today I'd like you to meet Cheng Xu who is Adventurous! 

She says: "Even though I couldn't take a picture while I'm doing something adventurous, I always felt like adventure is empowering, especially when doing something that is traditionally thought to be male-dominated.  I once rode my bike from Baltimore, MD to San Francisco, CA for charity with other college students.  I also love rock climbing!"

Cheng is also a Juris Doctor Candidate at the Michael E. Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University! (Go Buckeyes!) I love beauty and brains...

 I was recently gifted an incredible book that you must, must read! It is called Eating For Beauty by David Wolfe. It is chock full of invaluable information on food and it breaks down in a very cohesive way the things to eat to look and feel your best. 

I am gleaning much from this gem, so stay tuned as I will impart my new found knowledge on you.     

I Am Healthy!

Three cheers for Jessica Natasha who is HEALTHY!! Jessica has Cystic Fibrosis and has been through a plethora of medical procedures this year - but she is back! And she is GORGEOUS & HEALTHY! 

Jessica lives in Elkridge, Maryland, is a Vegan (yay!) and works as a Marketing Manager for an event planning company. She is also a self proclaimed Yoganut! (yay, yay!)

Jessica loves Josie's Argan Oil, lipglosses, bronzer, and blush. And we love Jessica...
