Josie Maran Cosmetics has arrived!

I wonder if it’s just a coincidence that the word “business” appears to be rooted in the word “BUSY” – because business has had me nothing but busy these days. Product has finally arrived and we’re soon shipping to Barneys. Yaaay! Finally, it’s all happening. Our full website and online store www.josiemarancosmetics.com will launch next week and we’ll be on counter first week of October. I really can’t wait for the line to be available and to hear what everyone thinks about it.

Here’s one of our official product shots, as well as a snapshot of me in front of the new Barneys store that just opened this week in San Francisco. It’s such a fun experience to return to the Bay Area where I grew up and be part of the new Barneys opening.

Ahhh, and of course, don’t forget to catch me doing the fox trot when the new season of “Dancing with the Stars” premieres live this Monday, September 24, on ABC. You can vote 11 times. So, don’t forget to vote 11 times for JOSIE & ALEC because I want all of you to be just as busy as me!

I voted for you. I tought you were the most beautiful and graceful and the judges were unnecesarily meant to you. You were definitely better than Wayne, Marie, the boxer and Mark Cuban so I was shocked you were eliminated.

Good luck with the cosmetics. Did you ever meet Anita Roddick? She just passed away a couple of weeks ago. She was the founder of The Body Shop and they have eco-friendly make up also. I love her products so much especially because they aren't tested on animals and are made with Community trade ingredients.

I never watched Dancing with the Stars, however since Josie was going to be on the show it was a must for me to watch. However, I probably won't be tuning in much, anymore, since Josie was elimated.
